Tuesdays at 3 p.m. (55 min class)

Build your heart rate with quick repetitions of asanas, strengthen your muscles by exploring traditional yoga poses, and activate your core through breath and controlled movement. For beginner to intermediate yogis.

 

Yoga Core Stretch

Thursdays at 3 p.m. (55 min class)

Build heat in your body with sun salutations, then lengthen and strengthen through yoga asana and Pilates series. Great for beginner to intermediate yogis.
