The 30 Day Intro Session includes 2 Private Lessons and 4 group classes. This a required pre-requisite for Youth Karate, Teen & Adult Karate, Dragons and Ninjas.

The Intro program is designed to give you effective and positive experience to our system of Martial Arts cross training. Classes meet twice a week for 40 minutes and are age and rank appropriate. Our standards are built around respect and control while encouraging a positive "never give up" attitude. We teach safety first and three levels of intelligence; mental, physical, and emotional.
